The 5th round of the British GT Championship jumps overseas, to Belgium, for its annual race round at the iconic Spa Francorchamps.
Jack is excited about returning to Spa, a track of which he has some fond memories. 2 years ago he finished on the podium during his spell in the Henderson Insurance LMP3 Cup, but this will be his first time on the circuit in a GT car.
“I’ve never been in a GT car at Spa before, but I’ve been spending a lot of time in the simulator preparing for the weekend. I think the Astons have good speed through the corners and fingers crossed that we get a new BoP to be able to compete on the straights because I think we have a good chance of doing well this weekend. I’m really looking forward to it and I’m excited to go back to such an iconic track.”
British GT’s annual outing at Spa will be shown live for the first time ever this Sunday. Watch the two-hour enduro live on the championship website and social media accounts, plus SRO’s GT World Youtube channel, at 11:30 BST.
