Sprint Management Global has launched a new division focused solely on the promotion and representation of professional football coaches.
The division is called Game Plan.
Game Plan will be led by Imelda Latigo, FIFA Licensed Football Agent, and will specialise in representing:
- Head Coaches and Managers
- Assistant Coaches
- Emerging and transitional coaches
- Specialist coaches
With an initial priority focus on the UK and North America, Game Plan aims to eventually operate with a global reach.
While player and coach representation sit under the same licence, the approach is very different. Coaches work in high-pressure environments where leadership, philosophy, board alignment and reputation carry as much weight as results. Contracts must cover more than salary. They must protect authority, autonomy and provide strong exit protection in case of dismissal.
Game Plan is built around this reality.
The division will support coaches with:
- Career planning and strategic positioning
- Leadership and philosophy profiling
- Club, board and ownership alignment
- Contract negotiation and protection
- Performance incentives and autonomy clauses
- Crisis, transition and reputation management
- Domestic and international opportunities
Game Plan sits within Sprint Management Global, giving coaches access to established club relationships, strong contractual expertise and global market knowledge.
Imelda Latigo will head the division, bringing a focused and strategic approach to coaching representation, built around long-term planning rather than reactive deal making.
Speaking about the launch, Imelda said:
“Coaches face a different set of pressures to players. The job insecurity, the scrutiny and the politics around appointments mean representation must be strategic, not transactional. Game Plan exists to give coaches the structure, protection and positioning they need to move their careers forward with purpose.”
Professional football coaches who are preparing for their next role, entering new markets or looking for structured representation are invited to connect with Game Plan.
