The Wave
A wave depicts the journey of a professional athlete. Sport is full of highs and lows, victories and losses, euphoria and heartbreak.
At times it may feel like and athlete is riding the crest of a wave, but in a moment, crash, they have hit the shoreline.
A wave indicates strength and inevitability. At SMG we appreciate that part of our role is to support our clients to enjoy and appreciate the highs and offer support during the lows, whilst being prepared for what comes next.

John Print is a Licensed FIFA Football Agent and the founder of Sprint Management Global.
With over two decades in football, he represents players at all levels, guiding them through contracts, transfers, and long-term career planning. John is known for his direct approach, building trust with players, families, and clubs worldwide. Alongside representation, he mentors aspiring agents through interactive workshops and courses, helping many pass the FIFA Football Agent Exam and launch their careers. Sprint Management Global reflects his vision of a clear, people-focused agency committed to developing talent and creating real opportunities in the modern football market.
