KIRSTIN TYNAN JOINS HOMETOWN TEAM VANCOUVER RISE

Congratulations to Kirstin Tynan, who signed her first professional contract with Canadian NSL club, Vancouver Rise.

Kirstin becomes Vancouver Rise’s first ever hometown signing as well as the first goalkeeper added to the club’s roster. Kirstin was understandably delighted to sign her first pro deal.

“It’s been an amazing couple of weeks. Things have developed very quickly and I’m so excited to join my hometown team, Vancouver Rise. I can’t wait to join up with my new teammates, start pre-season and meet the fans! It really is a dream come true!”

Kirstin was unveiled in front of 19,000 fans at the PWHL Takeover Tour 2025, proving that Vancouver is a sports mad city, especially for women’s sport.
